Guest Chef Dinner: Cesare Casella


Join us in welcoming the dean of Italian cooking, Chef Cesare Casella, to Las Vegas for Carnevino’s first guest chef dinner. 

Meat will be provided by Heritage Foods USA, a pioneer of the farm-to-table butchery movement. 

Executive Chef Nicole Brisson worked with Chef Casella to create a one-night-only twist on our signature dishes. The menu features three Heritage breeds of pig to be tasted side-by-side to note the subtle differences in flavor.
